My family & I would like to thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a great time and the location couldn't be better. You really put a lot of hard work and it shows. When we opened the door, we couldn't believe the decor and how clean it was. My kids loved their theme bedroom. They couldn't wait to get home and relax in their room and play their games, while my husband & I would relax in the pool. It was so quiet at night, I slept like a baby. I appreciate your prompt e-mails and always getting back to us. We will definitely recommend your home to our family and friends. We're already planning our vacation next year with you. We loved, loved, loved Mickey's World 2! When renting vacation properties online I've learned to lower my expectations. So often the online photos look fabulous but the reality can be time-worn and frankly a little shabby. Not so with your beautiful property! We were very pleasantly surprised as everything looks just like your online photos; spotless, comfortable and well-decorated. This was the perfect place to stay while visiting Disney - very short drive and it was great to unwind here after a busy day in the park. We also saved a ton of money preparing many of our meals. I can't imagine staying on Disney property again. We feel like we were having a 5-star vacation on a 3-star budget. I would recommend Mickey's World in a heartbeat...thank you Dina, we had an awesome vacation! The Ferguson family

Hello Dina, Mickey's World was nothing short of perfect. The house was immaculate, was exactly as you see on your web site, and the proximity to the parks was exactly 5 minutes and very easy to get to and from. The gated community of Windsor Hills was just as nice. Everyone we had contact with was courteous, the area is well kept, kids loved both pools (the private and community), and was very close to the club house. You have done a geat job with Mickey's World 1 and will definitely be staying with you when we decide to visit again. Thanks Tom

Hi Dina, Mickey's world was absolutely great ...We felt right at home...The Townhouse is exactly as the pictures show from your website. My kids loved the pool. They went in it every day. They also loved their Mickey bedroom. The parks were great and so was the weather. Disney is so close we felt like we were on Disney property. We also went to Sea World and Universal they were easy to get to and short car ride from Mickey's World. I would recommend Mickey's World to everyone. Thank you for all your help Dina. Hi Dina! Sorry that it's taken so long for me to reply to your email ... Our trip to Mickey's World 1 was FANTASTIC! Everything was exactly as pictured, and impeccably clean! The bedrooms were ideally located throughout the home for the three generations in our group. The splash pool was used on a daily basis by our three children, during our breaks away from the Parks and after dinner. We were extremely pleased at our quick drive to all of the Disney World Parks, as well as the convenient location of many restaurants and ammenities. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation and we look forward to contacting you for our next trip to Orlando!

We had an absolutely brilliant time at your vacation home from May 9/08 - May 17/08! The place was truly beautiful with attention to every last detail. We loved the decor. Our little girls loved their Mickey-themed bedroom (especially the talking Mickey bedside lamp) and matching ensuite bathroom. It was the first time for them to go swimming, and they fell in love with the pool....it was perfect!
Thank you SO much for the fantastic service, the prompt emails and answers to our questions, and especially the pleasure of staying in your vacation home. We would also like to thank you for the time you took to find us another property for the extra day we extended our holiday (since your property was already reserved)....you are so wonderful! It was our first visit to Florida, and ofcourse there was so much to do and not enough time.....we would love to visit again next year and will definitely be booking with you again.

We had such a great time staying at Mickey's World; the photos on your web site do not do this townhome justice! It is so beautiful, clean and comfortable. My daughter loved staying in her own Mickey themed bedroom with her own private bath and we were spoiled by the big, comfy king size master bed! The resort itself is immaculate and the people who work there are extremely helpful and friendly. Also, the convenience to the parks was a huge bonus, it literally took us 9 minutes from the parking lot of Epcot to the driveway of Mickey's World. We are looking forward to our October stay in Mickey's World Two. Thanks also for answering all of my questions before hand and for your super quick response to my question during our stay; you truly go above and beyond to make sure your guests are happy!

We had a wonderful time. We loved having the pool at night when we arrived back from touring around. The lagoon at the club house was wonderful we spent a lot of time down there lounging in the sun and lounging in the pool. The townhouse was very close to the clubhouse which we liked. The Sundry shop was nice also to have so when we wanted something we did not have to leave the resort. People were very friendly. My youngest son age 10 LOVED the water slide and met many new friends! Your home was beautiful and very comfortable. My oldest age 15 loved the TV and sound system you had. Thanks again for all your help and making our vacation a wonderful experience. Maybe we will see you sometime soon.

We had a great time. We loved your condo. Very nice. Our kids didn't do much swimming in the splash pool. They mostly just cleaned it. It wasn't dirty, they just loved pretending it was. The big pool was nice, especially the fact that it's right across the street from the front door. We were there every night! Once we drove around a little, we realized how close we were to everything. We would recommend your place to anyone. I can tell you...we'll be back! Pat

We stayed at Mickey's World #2 the week of April 5-12, 2008 and enjoyed every minute of your townhouse. I have rental properties in South Haven, Mi and I can tell all future renters, you will not be disappointed if you rent #2. The location is excellent. It is close to the pool, clubhouse and fitness center, however since it is across the street, it is very quiet. I even showed it to some other renters who noticed we didn't drive over to the pool, but walked all of the time.
I enjoyed the mattress in the upstairs bedroom, usually rental properties do not put in a good mattress, more like cots. I felt like I was sleeping in my own bedroom.
Even my 18 year old daughter enjoyed your place and that is a lot to say coming from a teenager. She especially enjoyed your VCR and the speakers.

Hi Dina, First, we had a great time at Mickey’s World1! The townhouse was exactly what we needed to make our week at Disney a relaxing one. It was so close to everything, but allowed us to get away from the hectic pace of the parks at the end of the day. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The kids loved the Mickey room. My son especially loved the plasma TV at the DR table to watch the basketball playoffs. The splash pool was a great convenience when we wanted a quick swim at night. Glad that we got the pool heat as some night were cooler. The kids did finally get to use the resort pool with the really fun slide after all of the unusual weather ended. MICKEY'S WORLD 1:
Aloha from Hawaii! We've finally recovered from traveling so far during Spring Break (March 2008). We just wanted to let anyone who is considering staying at Mickey's World for their vacation, to go right ahead and book their reservations, because our experience at MW-1 was just fantastic. When our family of 6 opened the door, the first thing we all said was, "Wow----!" It was exactly like the website shows, and it was bigger than we had expected. I liked the framed information hung on the walls throughout the house. We were out and about daily, and didn't get to enjoy the splash pool or the big community pool, so I can't comment on that. We did walk over to the big playground where the kids had a lot of fun on the swings, play structure, giant chessboard, and teeter-totters. There's a Wal-Mart Super Store about 15 minutes away, where we bought our groceries to stock the fridge. It's true that the parks were just minutes away from our townhouse. Oh how convenient it was to stay at Mickey's World. We did laundry almost everyday, and the stacked washer/dryer did its job wonderfully. Dina took care of any minor situations that we had efficiently and professionally. We were so lucky to have such a hospitable manager as Dina, she really cared about us, and knowing that it took 15 hours to arrive in Orlando from Hawaii, she let us check in a few hours earlier, and that just made our arrival so much more comfortable. We will never stay in a hotel again, and if when we make it back to Orlando, we will stay at Mickey's World! Mahalo and Aloha!

We had a LOVELY time on our trip to Orlando and to visit Mickey and friends. We have stayed at Windsor Hills three times now and each time gets better. The townhouse is beautiful and the kids just loved having their own little pool. The Mickey Mouse room was a big hit! Now having the experience at the townhouse, we much prefer that over the condominiums.
Aside from the lovely accommodations, I very much enjoyed how easy it was to make the reservations, make payment and get access to the townhouse for the week. All around it was a terrific experience, that left nothing lacking!

Hello, We had an excellent stay at Mickey's World 1! The home looked just as great in person as it did on the website, and we were impressed with how clean everything was. The kids loved the private pool and the Mickey-themed room. We loved the convenience of the full kitchen and the washer/dryer. Last year we stayed at a Disney Value Resort and we thought that the drive time from Mickey's World to the Disney parks was about the same as it was from staying on-site at a Value Resort!

We absolutely LOVED Mickey's World 2!!! It was clean and decorated beautifully. The children LOVED their special Mickey room and Bathroom. We especially loved the private pool! My son loved the Mickey's room and bathroom (me too) and I could see how worried you were when you decorated the house. I saw that you even bought a baby chair...And you had a stroller and a crib. | Our stay was wonderful. We had plenty of room for 8 of us! The clubhouse and pool area were awesome and I could have spent days hanging out there. Thank you also Dina for being so easy to work with and letting us stay an extra day to make up for our day lost in the beginning! We really appreciate that! The only suggestion I would have is a high chair would be very handy. Even a small one that just attached to a chair would be sufficient. Of course the thought never crossed my mind until the first time we ate a meal. Thanks so much for helping us to have a wonderful trip. We will definately recommend to others and we will be back! |

| Awesome…amazing…conferrable…clean…beautiful! Just a few words that come to mind when speaking of Mickey’s World. We just returned Tuesday from our stay at Mickey’s World 1, and my family and I all agree that WE WILL NEVER STAY AT A HOTEL AGAIN! The townhome felt like a home away from home. As stated in previous guestbook entries, it was beautifully decorated and impressively clean. The only thing we regretted was not being able to spend more time enjoying the amenities of the townhome and Winsor Hills. I would HIGHLY recommend Mickey’s World to anyone intending on spending time in the Orlando area. It’s conveniently located to all theme parks, and working with Dina was a dream. We can’t wait to stay here again! |

We just got back from our stay at Mickey's World
and it was wonderful! The townhouse had plenty of
room, and we were amazed by how convenient it
was to Disney. It is even a good distance from the
community pool - close enough to walk, but far
enough away to not hear any noise. The children
loved their Mickey room, and we enjoyed having a
place to relax when they were in bed. We are

| We visited from November 10-17th and all I can say is not only does Disney make dreams come true, but so does Dina! This was a very special trip for Mom's 70th birthday, 5 grown daughters, 5 families, and lots of kids! Had it not been for Dina and all her helpful advice and constant communication, we could never have made it happen. We had the pleasure of meeting Dina and Larry and her sister Tanya while they were completing the second townhome. She is as warm and generous in person as she is in communication with her. Their hard work and committment to make their guest's stay special turns their townhomes into your "magic kingdom" while you are there! It's hard to add anymore to what other guests have said as it's all so true. As Mom described her birthday trip, we can say the same for Mickey's World - it was an 11 out of 10! |

We absolutely loved Mickey's World 2! The kids actually wanted to come home early from Disney World each day to go play in the clubhouse pool and take advantage of the other ammenities Windosr Hills offers! The kitchen was stocked well with enough dishes/pots/pans to make cooking Thanksgiving dinner no problem. We had a blast and definitely will return on future trips. Dina was wonderful and easy to work with.

What an amazing place to stay!! The townhome
was large,very beautifully decorated, so close to
Disney and honestly had a deluxe resort feel to it. I
have stayed at Disney resorts in the past and this
was much better!! We all had so much space, the
kids swam in our own plunge pool early in the
morning and late in the evening every day. This
little pool was the best!! It was a great convenience
to be able to use a pool before and after hours of
the main pool. The main pool was a very SHORT
walk away, but far enough that you couldn't hear
pool noise. It was gorgeous! The water slide was
awesome for the kids, and the hot tub was never
crowded.
All of the staff that we came into contact with at
Windsor Hills was very nice. It is truly an amazing
place to stay if you really need to have a quiet place
to rest after full days of Disney parks! All six of us
slept so soundly every night.
Dina was so easy to rent from too. Everything was
very organized and so simple. I would recommend
Mickey's World to anyone and hopefully will get to
return myself some day!! |

| We spent 8 nights here in early August and loved it! There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room! There was no comparison to the one hotel room we stayed in last year! My older son walked to the resort fitness center every morning - very convenient location! Except for neighbor kids noisily swimming in their splash pool at 1:00 a.m. one morning, we all slept very comfortably - the beds were great. My youngest son (7) even found the living room chair comfortable for sleeping 2 nights! The upstairs washer & dryer were very convenient - this was the first vacation I was able to come home with clean clothes. I really liked this since school started several days after we returned home! We also liked the keyless entry; very convenient. The kids loved swimming in the splash pool almost every day. The Townhouse location and the "back road entrance" to WDW was a great way to avoid all the traffic lights on 192 - although I'll admit we did go the wrong way a few times until we got the hang of it! We also discovered a new way to get to the resort on our way there. By missing our US 192 exit off the Daniel Webster Western Beltway, we took a left at the next exit (Sinclair Road) and since we had looked at the area on Google Maps beforehand, we discovered that Sinclair Road ended at Old Lake Wilson Road! We took a left and the Windsor Hills Resort was so close!! I recommend this Townhouse to everyone and hope to be able to rent it again next time we go to WDW! | Mickey's World was the BEST! I had 2 children and 2 teens with me and would have NEVER been as comfortable and content in a hotel. We all had our own space, the little ones loved the pool in back. I loved having it there so I didn't have to go down to the big pool when I was exhausted in the evenings after full days at the parks. It is ideally located and the pictures are exactly how things looked. Dina is remarkably easy to work with and made sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect and she accomodated our arrival schedule and just made things so easy and hassle free. We will definitely be coming back and I have been doing PR work for them since we left. |

| What a nice way to spend a vacation with the grandchildren. Your home leaves nothing missing and has everything one would desire for a great Disney vacation. I think we got to the front gate quicker than those in Disney resorts waiting for their buses to the park. |

Hi, Dina --
Except for the hot, humid weather (of course, we expected this) our
vacation was great. Mickey's World is beautifully decorated. As I mentioned, some friends were staying in another townhome in WH and their decorating couldn't compare. You did a great job -- I felt right at home. In fact, I have one of the same pics hanging in my dining room!
I slept like a baby in the upstairs king bed (master bedroom).
I will definitely tell friends about Mickey's World and hope to be back
there again.

| Wonderful, awesome, perfect.....all describe our stay at Mickey's World!!! The townhouse is EXACTLY as shown on the website (down the place settings) and it was extremely clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and our kids loved the mickey room. The splash pool was the best thing in the world for those afternoon breaks from the parks! The kids enjoyed the splash pool so much, we never even made it to the clubhouse pool. Having all of that space for everyone to stretch out and decompress after long days was invaluable. We will highly recommend Mickey's World to everyone and are so sad that our vacation time there has come to an end. Thank you Dina!!!! |

| This place is awesome-or as our teenagers say, "Mickey's World ROCKS!" Dina is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with! The house had everything we needed to make us comfortable. We were so close to everything, Disney, Universal Studios, The Pirate Dinner Adventure, etc. etc. The resort clubhouse was a hop, skip and a jump away and the Windsor Hills amenities are great! We had such a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. We'll be recommending Mickey's World to all of our friends and family. Thanks for helping make our Florida vacation a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all! |

Hi Dina. We had a wonderful vacation! Your townhome was very nice. We had stayed at the Windsor Hills once before, but the townhome we had then was not near as nice as yours. The lovely decor and the large plasma TV really make the place seem a little more upscale than the others. You really did a good job with the decorating. We will definitely come back to your townhouse when we return to Disney.

| OUR STAY AT "MICKEYS WORLD" WAS WONDERFUL. THE CONDO IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY COMFORTABLE. WE ENJOYED THE KITCHEN, ALLOWING US TO PREPARE SOME OF OUR OWN MEALS. THE KIDS LOVED THE LITTLE POOL OUT BACK AND ALSO THE BIG POOL AT THE REC CENTER. THE KEYLESS ENTRY IS GREAT, WE FELT VERY SAFE. | We spent a wonderful and relaxing 4 nights and 5 days at this beautiful townhome in May, 2007. The furnishings and pool are excellent. We have stayed at homes and condos in the area, and this was the BEST! Owners very nice and easy to deal with. |

My family and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at Mickey's World. This was definitely a wonderful vacation! We loved the townhouse! The furnishings are lovely and the community is wonderful.
We found the drive to Disney parks and to Universal very convenient.... truly only a 10 minute drive to Disney!
During our stay, a new access lock was installed on the door to the townhouse and we found it very easy to use... and I feel far more secure than the key box.
This was our second stay at Windsor Hills and we concur with others..... we prefer this experience to the on-site hotels.... especially the expense!
Dina has been most helpful from beginning to end.... reservation to follow-up after our stay! I would highly recommend this Town House for your Orlando vacation! |

We just returned from our Orlando vacation and Mickey's World was one of the best highlights. The house is decorated beautifully and felt very comfortable after a long day in the Disney parks. My children ABSOULUTELY LOVED how the Mickey room was decorated! They zoomed right up there the minute we got home and had a hard time leaving it in the morning.
The clubhouse is also very close by and the pool with waterslide was amazing! We were able to walk there in a about 3-4 minutes.

What a great vacation! I along with 4 of my friends traveled to Orlando in the spring of 07 and stayed at Mickey's World - what an AMAZING town home. Not only were the decorations to die for, but we honestly felt right at home. The community in which the town home is located is not only gated, but had a lot to offer. The main pool was never over crowed and we loved the waterslide (we ranged in ages from 20 to 34 and we ALL loved the slide). In the evening we also took advantage of the main hot tub, again, never over crowded (did I happen to mention that the town home is very close to the main pool & hot tub). Because I loved it so much, I am now in the process of planning a trip for my entire family, I can't wait to go back. There is so much for kids; I did jog by the play area, as well as the putting green and the basketball, tennis and volleyball courts. The community is located close to stores and the main expressways, and it's so close to Disney. I have stayed at Disney properties in the past, but after this experience I will NEVER stay at a Disney property again. It was so nice for the 5 of us to come back to the town home and not have that "cramped" or "cooped" up feeling. We also were able to save a considerable amount of money due to the fact that we were able to cook some of our own meals. If you have any questions, please feel free to zip me an e-mail. Our family really enjoyed your condo. It was decorated beautiful. My children really enjoyed the pool being right outside of our condo. We like the idea of how the key was placed in the key container. When we left to go anywhere, we just placed the key in the box so that we would know if would not be lost. We would definitely stay here again. This was our first experience in renting a condo directly from the owners, and the experience was very positive. You were very helpful with everything.
